NEW: Sixteen buffalos found dead in Hwange

SIXTEEN buffalos were found dead in Matetsi, near Hwange National Park, on Tuesday.

The cause of death is yet to be ascertained.

Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority spokesperson Mr Tinashe Farawo confirmed the incident.

“The 16 buffalos were found dead on Tuesday and the veterinaries have taken the samples for testing to ascertain the cause of death,” he said.
