VICE PRESIDENT Dr Constantino Chiwenga has arrived at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Harare’s central business district to attend a special Mass celebrating the Golden Jubilee of the Inter-Regional Meeting of Bishops of Southern Africa (IMBISA).

The Mass commemorates 50 years of regional collaboration among Catholic bishops and highlights the Church’s ongoing dedication to the well-being of society and community development.

Founded in 1975, IMBISA is marking its 50th anniversary with Zimbabwe as the host nation.

The event has brought together Catholic bishops and church representatives from across the region to celebrate this milestone.
