NEW: VP Chiwenga in Vic Falls for international renewable energy conference

VICE PRESIDENT Dr Constantino Chiwenga is today in Victoria Falls, where he is set to officially open the sixth International Renewable Energy Conference and Expo.

The event, themed “Sustainable Energy Investments for a Better Future”, assembles a diverse group of policymakers, energy experts, academics, financiers and business leaders.

The conference aims to foster discussions on sustainable investments and innovative solutions to the pressing challenges in the regional energy sector.

As the world grapples with climate change and energy demands, stakeholders will collaborate to explore pathways that promote sustainable energy practices.

The conference is expected to come up with valuable insights and strategies to enhance the renewable energy landscape in Zimbabwe and beyond.
