NEW: ZRP releases names of Zupco accident victims

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has released names of four people who died after two Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO) buses collided at the 104km peg along the Harare-Chirundu highway on Monday.

Police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said the four victims,  who have since been positively identified by their next of kin, are Cuthbert Chinyanga (41) of Kuwadzana 6, Harare; Chengetai Matyenyika of Unit N, Seke, Chitungwiza; Sifelani Harati (24) of Chikonohono, Chinhoyi; and Diana Marowa (43) of Cherima, Chikonohono in Chinhoyi.

The accident left 67 people injured.
