NEW: NetOne bridges digital divide

AS part of efforts to promote digital inclusion and empower communities through innovative connectivity solutions, NetOne, one of the country’s leading telecommunications providers,

continues to push its data bundle, MoGigs.

The bundle, which ranges from US$7 to US$50, offers monthly uninterrupted browsing, streaming and online transactions.

NetOne chief commercial officer Mr Learnmore Musunda emphasised the bundle’s strategic role in promoting inclusivity and empowering users.

“MoGigs is more than just a data bundle. It is a deliberate move to give Zimbabweans affordable access to digital opportunities — supporting financial inclusion, e-learning, entrepreneurship, and entertainment,” he said.

“This aligns with our national vision under the National Development Strategy 1 (NDS1) of ensuring no one is left behind in the digital economy.”

Riding on NetOne’s expansive network, MoGigs ensures convenient connectivity.

It is believed that affordable data is key in driving Zimbabwe digital economy, unlocking opportunities and empowering citizens to participate fully in the digital space.
