DONALD Ngoma scored HALF-A-DOZEN goals as Hard Rock FC powered to a 13-0 win over Gokwe North FC at Nembudziya Stadium yesterday.
The veteran forward, who first made a name for himself at FC Platinum before playing for a number of local sides, was the star of the show with his six-goal haul.
Hard Rock FC are in a tight battle with Sheasham for the sole ticket from the ZIFA Central Region Division One League into the Premiership.
The two Midlands sides have been battling neck-to-neck since the season opened and, at one stage, Sheasham – who won 1-0 yesterday − appeared to be cruising to victory before their plane hit turbulence.
It opened a window of hope for Hard Rock and yesterday they appeared to have slipped into the mood to try and ensure they would win the race on goal difference − if ever it comes to that.
