TALENTED Zimdancehall chanter, Ronald “Ninja Kabhidha” Salirana, has dropped an Extended Play (EP) titled I am the next man.

It carries nine tracks; Nemwenje, Finesse, Choices, Mbwende, We do it again, Ndangariro, Levels, Who and the title track I am the next man.

In an interview with H-Metro, the chanter said the EP touches every aspect of life.

“The song Choices is a love song where I urge women to remain confident despite disappointments.

“The song Nemwenje talks about how we have been raised.

“For most of us ghetto youths, things have not been rosy, but I encourage them to be strong and work hard to overcome poverty.

“We can only do that if we invite the presence of God in our lives, nemwenje tinokunda and He will show us the way,” he said.

The Chitungwiza-bred chanter believes in hard work.

“We are all in different situations, but I remain hopeful that one day things will change in a positive way.

“I hope one day I will be invited to perform for a huge crowd where I will charm music lovers.

“I am confident that with this EP, I will win hearts of many if only I get a fair share of airplay.

“Trust me, this EP is rich and you can’t afford to miss it if you appreciate music,” he said.

The 26-year-old also said he will also drop videos to complement the audios.

“We are hindered by financial constraints. We lack opportunities to perform on big stages.

“This year is going to be a make or break year for me.

“I am going to unleash the real Kabhidha,” he said.

The songs were recorded by Cymplex Music, Equation Production and Shetto Intelligence Music.
