ALL is set for the second edition of the Nkayi Youth Football tournament that is scheduled to take place on Friday to Sunday at Nkayi High School amid revelations a roadshow meant to activate people about the event will be held on Thursday.
The contest will feature boys and girls teams.
According to the organisers, several academies and clubs have confirmed their participation.
“Our preparations have gone all smoothly, everything is in on course. All the teams are expected to arrive in Nkayi on Thursday where we are going to have a road show to stimulate locals and people from all over the country about the tournament,” said one of the organisers Bigboy “Mjimba” Moyo
In the boys category, Nkayi Soccer Academy, Highlanders, Somvubu Academy, Lupane City FC, Corinthias SOE, Super Eagles and Ama 53 City Select will take part.
In the girls group there will be Nkayi Soccer Academy, Sibanye, Amazwendaba Royal Queens, Lupane City, Somvunbu Academy and Corinthias SOE.-@FungaiMuderere
