Nothing can defeat God’s purpose for you

There is not height or depth that can disannul His purpose

ISAIAH 4:27

For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

When God purposes a thing, nothing can disannul that purpose.

When God stretches out His hand to perform anything, nothing can frustrate it.

To everything there is a purpose.

The house you live in, the church you worship in, the car you drive, etc, were all made for a purpose.

They exist because someone had purposed to make them.

Your home that you live in, was, not just accidentally put there, but was made for a purpose, to serve a purpose.

The clothing that you wear, was not just to see if somebody could fashion something.

It was for a purpose.

The food that you eat, was not grown on the earth just to see it grow.

It was made to serve a purpose.

God does not do anything without a purpose.

He did not make us just to see if He could do it.

He made us for a purpose.

Therefore, there is a purpose of us all being here.

You are here because that God made you for some purpose.

You are not here just to eat the food that God planted.

You are not here just to live in the house that a man made, or to wear the clothing that someone fashioned.

You are here for a specific purpose.

No matter how little you are, how big you are, how important you are, or how unimportant you are, you are here to serve a purpose.

You are here on earth because it was God’s Divine plan for you to be here.

If we were put here for a purpose, then there is nothing that can destroy us until God’s purpose is fulfilled.

Nothing can harm us until that purpose, that God has put us here for, has been made to manifest.

No matter how much trouble we have, how much heartaches or sorrows that we go through, there is a reason for it.

God’s purpose can never be defeated.

There is nothing that can defeat it. We ought to be, resting upon that beautiful revelation of the Word of the living God, that there are neither things present, nor things that can come, that can defeat God’s purpose for us.

There is no sickness, no sorrow, no death, no perils, or anything that can separate us from the purpose of the living God.

What God has imagined in His mind, what God has purposed in His heart, to bring to pass; there is no demon, there is no power, there is nothing that can ever defeat God’s great immortal, Eternal plan. It must be as God has said.

As God made a way to preserve His purpose in the days of Noah, He is doing it today.

He has made a preparation, by sending us the Word, to conserve to His own purpose.

He will conserve a Church.

He will conserve a people.

He will conserve subjects for His great domain, that death cannot destroy.

And we realise that it is by faith that we believe this. Nothing can destroy God’s purpose.

Moses was born for a purpose.

Pharaoh could not destroy that purpose. Moses was put into the Nile River where the crocodiles were fat on little Hebrew children, because they were being fed to the crocodiles.

His mother took her baby and shoved it right out in the jaws of death, knowing this, that God’s purpose could not be defeated.

She said: “God of Abraham, take care of my child, and bring him to the purpose that You have brought him for.”

There was not enough water in the Nile to drown him.

There were not enough crocodiles in all the world that could have swallowed him.

He was God’s chosen.

There was not enough water in the Nile or any river that could drown Moses, for to do so would be to drown the purpose of God.

As Moses was God’s chosen, for that purpose, we are God’s chosen today, we who believe in the resurrection of the Lord Jesus.

And there are no bombs, there is no hell, there is nothing else that can destroy God’s purpose. We have got to go in the resurrection, if we believe.

There were not enough lions in the lion’s den to destroy Daniel.

There was not enough heat in the fire to burn the three Hebrew boys!

The purpose of God cannot be fed to lions or burnt by fire.

There is not height or depth that can disannul His purpose.
