AMBITIOUS Afro-dancehall artist, Nutty O, has a dream.
He wants to be one of the best artists to emerge from Zimbabwe.
That’s why he wants to win a Grammy award, the ultimate gong of excellence in music, and bring it home one day.
The award-winning artist believes that his vision will take him to greater heights.
The chanter said consistency has always been the key that has kept his music burning.
“It all goes back to my ambition, work ethic and vision.
“l envy to be one of the greatest Afro Dancehall artists hailing from Zimbabwe.
“Definitely, l will bring the Grammy home one day,” he said.
Nutty O dropped a single track titled ‘Makanonoka’, which he believes is a banger.
“The song has been doing well.
“So far, the video is sitting on 90k views in less than a week whilst the audio has more than 100k views.
“It has also been gaining massive airplay locally, currently sitting at number 1 on the Star Hit List.
“Globally the song is also receiving airplay on BBC 1 Extra, Kiss FM UK, to mention just a few.
“The song is a banger, numbers don’t lie, from my recent tour of European countries that is Germany and UK, l can confirm that the song is well received beyond borders.”
He said this year he has a number of projects on the way.
“Likewise, l said it when l sang Makanonoka that zvakawanda zviri loading,” he said.
