MIDFIELDER Kuda Nyakudanga is expecting a tough examination from Ngezi Platinum in the Chibuku Super Cup semi-final on Saturday at Bata in Gweru.

Black Rhinos have had a poor campaign in the league but, of late, they have shown signs of improvement.

The two-time champions have beaten the likes of FC Platinum and Manica Diamonds in recent weeks.

“But, now, it is a different game because it’s a cup game which means it’s a knockout game, so we will fight till the end.

“We are going to put our lives on the line because we know that if we win, we will have a single game left, in the final, which could take us to play in the African competitions. We are aware of that and we are going to fight.

“I’m really feeling excited about this game and l have got higher expectations.

“We want to win it at all cost even though we are playing a tougher opponent, which recently defeated us in the league, so it’s going to be a tough match.”

Nyakudanga believes they have a chance to survive in the league.

“Our aim, as a team, is to win all the remaining games because the position we are in is not good at all. But, we have had some positive results, the motivation and confidence is back in the team and all the players are excited and happy.

“We are looking forward to winning all the remaining games in the league.”
