Speakers at the forum include people drawn from the finance, mining, telecommunications, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors to ensure differentiated ideas and insights.
The objective of the forum is to achieve a paradigm shift in strategic thinking, instill adherence to and working knowledge of best practices among delegates, and evoke living the winning attitude, which in turn will result in increased productivity.

Some of the speakers include Mr John Chikombero, the chief executive of the Chamber of Mines, who will speak on entrepreneurial thinking and Mrs Gift Dzvova, who will speak on managing business expectations in a Zimbabwe environment.
Former television personality Mr Patrick Kariwo will speak on personal branding and career development while Mrs Netsai Masiyanise will present a paper on the balancing of work, personal and spiritual roles.
