The league is expected to kick off at 10am with the programme ending at 5pm. Busters of Bulawayo will take on the hosts, while Panthers will play Old Georgians.
Airforce will be at Hartsfield in Bulawayo where they will play against Old Miltonians. Airforce women’s team will take on Police.
Old Georgians failed to put their campaign on the right track after they suffered a 6-8 defeat to Harare Sports Club last weekend will now take on the visiting Panthers.
Harare Sports Club coach Cyprian Mandege said they were happy to beat Old Georgians.
“We were happy to win but we felt disappointed because we could not score more tries, our points could have been more and so we are still behind the hosts.
“The boys played so well although they lost possession but I give them a credit for the way they played with passion,” said Mandege.
Daniel Hondo, the Sports Club centre, said victory came through hard work.
“We have been training so hard and we deserve to win I am very glad that we won,”said Hondo.
Chairman of the league Noddy Kanyagarara noted that they was still a lot to play for in the league.
“Saturday’s match was good and it showed that there is competition in the league, the teams still have a lot to play for,” said Kanyagarara. Old Georgians dominated in the half of the season, as they were unbeaten for eight weeks.
