OK appoints Karombo as CEO

OK Zimbabwe Limited has appointed Maxen Karombo as chief executive officer, taking over from Alex Edgar Siyavora.

The listed retail giant’s chairman, Herbert Nkala, said Karombo’s appointment is with effect from April 05, 2021.

“The chairman and board of directors of OK Zimbabwe Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Maxen Karombo to the position of group chief executive officer with effect from the 5th of April 2021” he said.

On Siyavora, Nkala said he will be retiring on March 31, 2021.

Said Nkala: “The chairman and board of directors of OK Zimbabwe Limited wish to advise all stakeholders that Mr Alex Edgar Siyavora, the company’s group chief executive officer will be retring from the company with effect from 31 March 2021.”
