OLINDA CANCELS HIGH TEA…blasts Zimboz for being fuelled by hate

BUSINESSWOMAN and philanthropist, Olinda Chapel-Nkomo, has cancelled this year’s controversial High Tea event.

Olinda posted on social media alerting her followers about the cancellation of the event she has been running for some years.

Below is the statement she posted on social media:

“I have decided to cancel The High Tea.

“It’s not worth it.

“Zimbabwe is the only community that feeds off hate all the time. Itai mega!

Olinda had invited her ex-husband, Stunner, for the High Tea event.

The invitation of Stunner generated debate on social media.

Some found it queer for Olinda to invite her ex-hubby for the elite event, while she is still married to Tytan Nkomo.

Olinda uses the High Tea event for business networking and also promoting some of her philanthropic projects.

In 2017, she once used the event to fund her projects aimed at empowering the girl child.
