South African gospel sensation Oncemore Six has been unveiled as one of the headline acts for this year’s Ekhaya Worship Festival, set to take place on Africa Day.
This marks Oncemore Six’s second appearance at the beloved worship gathering, having headlined the inaugural edition held last year at the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre. His return is expected to ignite even greater spiritual fervour among gospel lovers in the City of Kings.

Renowned for moving worship songs such as Ohlonitshwayo, Themba Lendawo Yonke, and Umkhuleko WeBandla, to mention a few, Oncemore Six becomes the second artiste to be announced for this year’s festival, following veteran South African Gospel musician Zaza Mokhethi.
The Ekhaya Worship Festival is spearheaded by Gospel powerhouse Everton Mlalazi. More than just a concert, the festival has become a cherished annual homecoming for Mlalazi, who hails from Tsholotsho, bringing together believers from across the region.
Rooted in worship and fellowship, the festival unites the people of Bulawayo and surrounding communities in Christ, offering a powerful atmosphere of praise, prayer, and uplifting gospel performances from both local and regional artistes.
Revellers may also be in for a special treat, as there is a strong possibility of witnessing Oncemore Six sharing the stage with Mlalazi, as the two previously collaborated on the hit song Muri Mutsvene, which featured on Mlalazi’s album In the Presence 3: Great God.
