Only two points separate Bosso and DeMbare ahead of this afternoon’s clash…Bosso on +1 goal difference, DeMbare on -7 goal difference

A paltry two points separate Highlanders and Dynamos ahead of this afternoon’s much-anticipated clash at Barbourfields Stadium.

Bosso are on 35 points, while DeMbare sit on 33.

After posting seven wins, 14 stalemates, and nine defeats from 30 outings so far, the Bulawayo football giants have managed to find the back of the net 25 times and conceded 24, leaving them with a +1 goal difference.

Kelvin Kaindu’s Blue Army have also won seven games, drawn 12, and lost 11 times, managing to score 17 goals and concede 24 — just like Bosso.

In that regard, DeMbare go into this afternoon’s duel with a -7 goal difference.

This is a fixture that has defined Zimbabwean football for years. Every touch, tackle, and goal will carry weight in the archives.
