OUSTED former Zimbabwe Saints trustee Vincent Pamire has described Sunday’s meeting which threw him out of club structures as tarnishing Chikwata.
He was left out of the structures despite being nominated for a role as a trustee as members chose a new board of trustees and executive.
Pamire did not attend the annual general meeting held the team’s Queens Park East clubhouse.
In a press release yesterday Pamire said Sunday’s actions are of no bearing.
“Zimbabwe Saints Football Club is a registered trust. A board of trustees administers the trust. The process of removal of a trustee is as outlined in the Deed of Trust. The same deed determines who can be a member of Zimbabwe Saints Football Club,” said Pamire.

He dismissed Sunday’s meeting saying: The people who attended the AGM (annual general meeting) are neither trustees nor members. Their decisions mean nothing and tarnish the image of the club which, through sweat and tears, the board has so far managed to bring a semblance of order,” said Pamire.
He described those that attended the meeting as attention seekers. He described them as trespassers on club owned Saints’ Clubhouse.
“Its action the board of trustees will not tolerate in the future. They must seek advice first before delving into issues without any mandate nor standing,” said Pamire in the press release.
