SUCCESSFUL businesses in Manicaland will tonight be honoured at the Corporate Social Responsibility provincial awards to be held at a local hotel.
Minister of State for Manicaland Provincial Affairs, Honourable Nokhuthula Matsikenyiri will grace the occasion.
The awards which are spearheaded by a Harare-based organisation, Corporate Social Responsibility Network Zimbabwe (CSRNZ), will see companies being honoured in more than 20 categories.
CSRNZ is a professional multi-stakeholder organisation established with the aim to advance best principles and practices of corporate social responsibility in the public and private sector, with the ultimate goal of supporting sustainable businesses which will contribute to sustainable economic growth leading to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
Outstanding individuals and organisations will be awarded in categories such as Environmental Stewardship, Top Covid-19 Supporting Organisation, Business Transformation, Sustainability Innovation, SDG Impact, Social Impact, CSR Partnership of the Year Honouree, Business Leader of the Year, Excellence and CSR Projects in National Priority Areas, among others.
