INTERNATIONALLY renowned marimba musical outfit, Pamuzinda Band, are set to release a single featuring Ninja Lipsy and Raykay.
Titled ‘Jah Army,’ the song was recorded at DJ Tamuka Studio.
The group’s spokesperson, Shelton Sitima, said the song is a powerful anthem that brings together Zimbabwean musical icons and rising stars for a message of resilience, unity, and spiritual strength.
Sitima said the song features Ninja Lipsy, a trailblazer in Zimdancehall, and RayKay, a young hip-hop artist bringing fresh energy to the scene.
Together, they represent a fusion of styles and voices that give “Jah Army” its unique appeal.
“The song Jah Army is a genre-blending track that calls on listeners to march for good over evil.
“The song is more than just a song – it’s a fusion of traditional Zimbabwean rhythms, reggae and hip-hop, reflecting Zimbabwe’s vibrant culture and Pamuzinda’s commitment to powerful storytelling.
“Inspired by a call to righteousness, the song uses a driving beat and uplifting lyrics to evoke images of a spiritual journey to Zion.
“Recorded at the renowned DJ Tamuka Studios, each featured artist brings a unique sound to the mix, creating an unforgettable listening experience for fans at home and abroad,” he said.
