Parliament honours staffers for long service

Parliament this morning honoured 30 of its staffers for serving the institution for periods ranging from 15 years up to 40 years.

Parliamentary staff attend a ceremony for long service award in the National Assembly Chamber today.

The long service awards ceremony was held in the National Assembly chamber.
Speaking at the ceremony, Speaker of the National Assembly Advocate Jacob Mudenda commended the employees for their dedication and commitment to duty.

The staffers got long service certificates and a financial reward.
