PROPHET Passion Java and DJ Towers will today unveil their album titled ‘I Love My President.’
It will be unveiled at Chillspot Grounds, near Block 9 Matapi, Mbare, where an array of Zim dancehall chanters are set to grace the event.
These include Kinnah,Saintfloew, Ndunge Yut, Uncle Patan, Delroy, Blot, Dhadza D, Bazooka, Nice Killer, Jah Master, Ras Caleb, Levels, Rhibhe, DJ Fantan, Ras Pomby and Boss Pumacol .
The album is being released under Passion’s Java Records, in conjunction with Scarfmore and Chillspot Records.
But, it should be mentioned all the attention would be on DJ Towers and Passion who are now famed for dissing fellow top rappers. In recent weeks, the pair released two songs together, dissing Holy Ten, namely Mungamudaro Here and Mbavha Mbiri.
Passion went to christen himself with the moniker, Holly 100 – a direct diss to Holy Ten. The song is on the popular drill beat which sounds like a remake of the classic Mudiwa Janet by the late John Chibadura. On his album, Passion did the rapping while DJ Towers did the chorus.
