SUNGURA artist Matthew Perego says he has no doubt Alick Macheso’s forthcoming album will be a gem.
The sungura kingpin is set to release his 13th album at Alex Sports Club tomorrow.
“Honestly speaking, I personally believe that Ambassador Macheso’s album, ‘Kupa Kuturika’ to be launched on Friday is obviously going to pull a big crowd.
“It will be as big a crowd as the one which was attracted by madhara Tuku and Mapfumo at Andy Millar.`1“The songs will be singalong masterpieces of art.
“I believe in Macheso because I first studied him in person and later studied his music.
“I can guarantee you that he will entertain the sungura fans.”
He added:
“Remember Macheso had been a steady Sungura King for the past decade.
“I believe in Macheso and the album he is going to give us and it will appeal to all ages, religions and both sexes.
“Congratulations in advance my father Macheso, I salute and guarantee you that your album will be a gem.
“Just wait and witness the definition of Chesology on his album launch, he is a real entertainer.”
