Young Igwe, Peter Moyo got the better of Tryson Chimbetu in a suspected act of revenge on Friday night when he ditched their planned show at Manor Hotel, choosing to perform in Gweru.
The development put the brakes on the much hyped Judgment on Friday the 13th triple header with fans flocking to the Oliver Mtukudzi and Jah Prayzah shows. The show was a big flop after it failed to attract a sizeable crowd with many choosing to attend Jah Prayzah and Tuku’s shows.

The two had a documented fall out earlier this year and Peter’s actions looked in every way to be born out of spite.
The poorly organised show started on a bad note as fans gained free access into the arena and refused to pay. In an interview, Peter Moyo’s Utakataka Express management blamed poor organistion by promoter Tafadzwa Maridadi as a reason for their no show.

Band manger Suko Dube said they were not paid their appearance fee and another promoter took advantage of that and booked them for a gig in Gweru.
