Police seek identity of accident victim

POLICE have appealed for any leads that could help them identify a man who was killed after being struck by a car in September.

Police yesterday said the victim was hit on September 30 while attempting to cross the road along Samora Machel Avenue, opposite TelOne Training Centre.

“The ZRP is appealing for information that may assist in identifying an unknown male adult, approximately 30, who died on the spot in a fatal road traffic accident.

“The victim was wearing a black jean trousers, a brown T-shirt, and a brown jacket. Anyone with information to report at any nearest police station,” said the police in tweeted statement.
