The Zanu-PF Politburo will meet at the party’s headquarters tomorrow where various issues, including preparations for this year’s congress are expected to be discussed.
The party’s national chairman Cde Simon Khaya Moyo yesterday urged all members to attend the meeting which starts at 10am.
“The National Chairman Cde Simon Khaya Moyo is calling for a Politburo meeting on Wednesday (tomorrow) and is inviting members of the National Elections Directorate and the Co-ordinating Committee to come an hour earlier at 9am,” he said in a statement.
“The Politburo will sit at 10am.”
The National Elections Directorate is expected to come up with rules and regulations that will guide the conduct of elections for various positions in the women’s and youths leagues that are expected to hold their congress next month.
