THE People’s Own Saving Bank (POSB) has opened a new service centre at Kuwana House in Harare.
The new centre is designed to bring services closer to customers and to provide a more modern and comfortable environment for them to conduct transactions.
The bank recently launched a 24/7 Contact Centre and partnered with Mastercard and ZimSwitch to launch the POSB Mastercard Debit Gold and Prepaid cards.
Customers are encouraged to use digital platforms such as Cellbank and ‘On the Go App’ for ease of transacting.
The new centre offers a wide range of financial services, including account opening, withdrawals, deposits, loans, mortgages, bill payments and more.
POSB public relations manager, David Makacha, said:
“We are delighted to open a new service centre at Kuwana House in Harare.
“This is part of our vision to bring financial services closer to our customers and make banking services more accessible, easier and convenient for them.
“We thank our customers and stakeholders for their continued support and trust in us.
“We invite them to visit our new service centre and enjoy the convenience of banking with POSB.
“Apart from our wide network of 32 branches, we have also digitalised our services, and encourage our customers to make use of our Cellbank and ‘On the Go App’ for ease of transacting.
“Our combination of a wide branch network and the digital platforms make us a financially inclusive bank that caters for diverse customer needs,” he said. Makacha said the new service centre is a testament to POSB’s dedication to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
A POSB client, Tendai Moyo, said:
“I am very happy with the new service centre. It is very spacious and comfortable.
“The staff are friendly and helpful, and I can do all my banking transactions here without any hassles.”
