GOSPEL musician and pastor, Darlington Matarirano, turned to music following his poor background and is dreaming of building an empire of billionaires.
The singer and pastor felt that only God can raise the dry bones and his life was a testimony of His grace.
“I started singing when I was in primary school, however, I didn’t record anything though I would feel it in my bones.
“Let me say pastoring came first and then recording followed and I managed to release my first album, Zvirimandiri (Potential Realised).
“It has nine tracks and fans appreciated my first album and this motivated me to compose more musical tracks like Hope Dzehumambo, Zvishuwo, which are trending on social media.”
He was inspired by his background.
“I see myself as the Joseph of our generation because people did not see Darlington, a poor boy, becoming a minister and a great preacher of the Word of God.
“Apart from music, I am also an entrepreneur whose idea is to inspire generations to come and I am working on my own brand, DarlingtonRealBillionaire, I want to build an empire of billionaires.
“I am into travel and tourism and in three years to come I will be at another level in both music and business.
“My music is divinely inspired and sometimes I write songs when God speaks through dreams and visions.
“And, I feel like I am called into this field because it’s like fire in my bones.”
