Premier African Minerals installs extra conditioning tanks to expand lithium production capacity

PREMIER African Mineral’s chief executive officer Mr George Roach says the installation of the additional conditioning tanks is complete, and commissioning is underway with the expectation that ore feed will commence today.

The lithium focus firm anticipates a substantial increase in the production of spodumene concentrate from the flotation circuit.

In a Friday update, Mr Roach said “Premier is delighted to confirm further to our announcement earlier this week that this not insignificant modification to the float circuit has been delivered, installed and is now operational on time.

“This unit is expected to significantly increase the recovery of spodumene, and Premier anticipates seeing a substantial increase in production of spodumene concentrate from the flotation circuit.”
