President Mnangagwa chairs key Central Committee Meeting amid party conference

HARARE, Zimbabwe – Today, His Excellency, President Emmerson Mnangagwa, and First Secretary of the ruling Zanu-PF party, is set to lead the Central Committee meeting at party headquarters in Harare. This gathering marks the second day of Zanu-PF’s 21st Annual National People’s Conference, a significant event in the party’s calendar aimed at shaping future policies and strategies.

The 124th Ordinary Session of the Central Committee comes at a critical time for Zanu-PF, as it seeks to consolidate its position ahead of upcoming elections. Discussions are expected to focus on economic recovery plans, party unity, and strategies to address growing public discontent over various issues, including inflation and unemployment.
