President Mnangagwa plants tree at Zanu PF Conference

President Mnangagwa has planted the Terminalia Mantaly (Umbrella/Madagascar Almond) tree at the Mutare Polytechnic College in Mutare.

The tree was dedicated to the President’s mother, Mbuya Mhurai Mnangagwa.

The President was accompanied by Vice Presidents Dr Constatino Chiwenga and Cde Kembo Mohadi, as well as Zanu PF national chairman, Cde Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri.

The three also planted trees.

President Mnangagwa was also shown a book that chronicles his life in prison. The book was written by Friends of Joshua Trust and will be launched in December at Khami Prison, Bulawayo.
