SHEASHAM coach Prince Matore says his men are on a mission to fight for honours in the ZIFA Central Region Division One Soccer League.

They lead the race for the sole ticket to the domestic Premiership ahead of their match against newcomers Gwanda Pirates at Bata this afternoon.

Sheasham are virtually unbeatable on their turf and Matore wants his men to keep their eyes on the big prize.

“Every game is a new opportunity to prove ourselves and we are excited.

“We have worked hard to get to this point and we are determined to keep pushing forward.

“We are not getting ahead of ourselves but we are feeling the momentum.

“I think we have a good side that is capable of doing the work and they are showing determination to do better.

“The players are hungry for success and we are confident in their abilities, we are looking forward to a strong performance.

“Our preparation has been thorough and we are confident in our strategy. The fans are behind us, and we appreciate their support, it means a lot to us.”
