JAZZ sensation, Prudence Katomeni-Mbofana, has an upcoming songbirds at heart.
The Jazz Invitation’s vital cog, will attend upcoming songbird Marcy Janyure’s launch of her single at Sherwood Golf Club this Saturday as a special guest artiste.
Resident wheel-spinners — DJ Speed and DJ Destiny — will be in charge.
“We are glad to have Prudence Katomeni-Mbofana as one of our guests.
“She has a traceable history and is known for weaning off stars.
“We are happy that she will be ushering Marcy into the music world in style,” said event organiser, Yasin Dhala.
“The launch starts at 1400hrs where the DJs will take turns to entertain guests up until 1700hrs.
“The Afro jazz songstress, and other invited artistes, will then take charge of the event from 1700hrs till late.
“Among the invited artistes are Telah Walani, Memo and Mazwi.
“The show which will be among those we have lined up for the weekend at Sherwood Golf Club and will be free of charge,” he added.
