WE can do an analysis of champions-elect FC Platinum and the other teams in the Castle Lager Premiership this season.

It will show us that:

λ  FC Platinum have scored the most goals (48) and have conceded the least number of goals (13) after 32 games.

λ Dynamos have conceded 15 goals but their fans will probably point to the fact that three of those goals came via the boardroom.

λ Chicken Inn have conceded the joint most number of goals (28) among the Top Five clubs in the Premiership.

λ  Amazingly, 14th placed ZPC Kariba, who are battling relegation, have conceded 27 goals and, at this point, have a better defensive record than the Gamecocks.

λ The Glamour Boys have scored the least number of goals (32) among the clubs in the top 7. It’s the same number of goals which CAPS United, in 11th place, have scored.
