THE Queens for a Reason organising team has rescheduled its event from October 31 to November 14, 2026, following delays in the shipment of essential items required for the programme.
The event, which will be hosted at the Zimbabwe College of Music on November 14, and will crown Miss Facial Beauty Zimbabwe, Miss Petite Global Zimbabwe and Miss Universities in Zimbabwe.
In a statement, the organising team said the postponement was intended to accommodate the unexpected delay, while apologising to contestants, sponsors, partners, invited guests and members of the public for any inconvenience caused.
“The Queens for a Reason organising team wishes to inform contestants, sponsors, partners, invited guests and the public that the event previously scheduled for 31 October 2026 has been rescheduled to 14 November 2026,” the team said.
“The change follows an unexpected delay in the shipment of essential items required for the event. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and continued support.”
The new date gives the organisers additional time to address the logistical challenges ahead of the pageant, which brings together contestants competing for the three titles.
The organising team thanked stakeholders for their continued support, saying it remained committed to delivering the event.
“Thank you for standing with us. We look forward to celebrating beauty, confidence, purpose and impact with you,” the statement added.
