ZIMDANCEHALL chanter Qounfuzed, has admitted that his latest single titled “Nguva” was inspired after a heart break he experienced following a fall out with his girlfriend.
The song is already making waves at local radio stations.
The Memories hitmaker revealed that he was still on the recovery path following the heartbreak.
“It is a dedication to someone that I liked and wanted to be serious with, but we were not on the same page. After spending a lot of time, money and effort you realize that you are not really appreciated as you should,” said the chanter.
Added Qounfuzed:
“I do not want to get into details all the lyrics are self explanatory. Unlike my other songs I meant each and every word in the lyrics of Nguva and all the emotions expressed in the vocals.
“I am really grateful for my producers as they managed to execute the task and deliver.
“My fans say I never disappoint so I try to live up to that I always try not to disappoint,” he said.
He expressed that matters of heart break are common these days.
“Most of the people that have listened to Nguva seem to have related to it. Vanhu vakurwadzisana kunze uku so my heartbreak songs are more like a healing therapy session which might come with a bit of tears if you are not emotionally strong enough.
“I always put s disclaimer on my emotional songs cover art which states Listeners Advisory Deep Content.
“I will be releasing 4 more songs this year then I’m done and anything else will be a bonus.”
