Railstars wallop Unit Fairbridge

Sports Reporter
RAILSTARS thumped Unit Fairbridge 33-18 in a Bulawayo Province Netball League match on Saturday to keep their hopes of clinching the regional title alive. Railstars coach Judith Mweemba was on cloud nine as she believes experience played a part in their victory.“The team played well, it showed that we are an experienced team and we have players that have played in the Super League,” said Mweemba.

She said all remaining games were must-win encounters if they were to keep up with high-flying Ntutu Sparrows whom are yet to lose a game this season.

“Confidence is high in our camp at the moment,” she said.
Unit Fairbridge had earlier made light work of Zimpost whom they beat 38-21 before succumbing to Railstars.

Connie Bhuka’s, Mighty Queens suffered their second loss in a row as they were beaten by Zesa 33-16.
