THE Rainbow Netball League is set to ignite with excitement as it resumes this weekend, following a four-week mid-session break.
The league’s fixtures secretary, Precious Mudenge, is thrilled to see the games back in action, expecting thrilling matches packed with energy.
Correctional Netball Club, currently topping the log standings, won’t be in action this weekend due to their participation in the 2025 SADC Correctional, Prisons and Penitentiary Services Sports and Cultural Games, where they’ve made it to the finals after a nail-biting 42-37 win over Namibia.
In the Bulawayo bubble, ZRP Bulawayo will face off against Glow Petroleum, who are looking to build on their impressive 92-17 win over ZRP Bulawayo in their last match. Other exciting matchups include Green Fuel vs. Filchrist and Khami vs. Filchrist.
Glow Petroleum has boosted their squad with the additions of Lesibani Munjanji-Karisi, who previously played for Zambezi Eagles, and Caren Zulu, formerly of Hwange Youth Team.
The league’s 21 teams are gearing up for an intense battle, with Week 11 fixtures promising to deliver thrilling netball action. Don’t miss out!
