HIP HOP artist Mukudzei Chitsama (27), popularly known as Holy Ten, has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl after allegedly threatening to kill her.
The Risky Life 3 hit-maker is alleged to have taken the girl to his bedroom in Hatfield, leaving other people in another room. It is alleged that he locked the door from the inside, ordered her to comply with his instructions, threatened to kill her if she did not comply, and raped her once.
The girl had recently returned from South Africa.
According to reports, the two met on social media and Chitsama had asked her to feature in an upcoming video.
On Monday at around 3pm, the teenager allegedly phoned Chitsama informing him that she was on her way to a studio in Avondale. She went with a friend to where Chitsama was recording music, and they waited for him to finish.
At around 6pm, her friend went home while the teenager and Chitsama allegedly proceeded to his home in Hatfield, ostensibly to record videos.
It is alleged that he raped her once and, after the incident, hired a taxi for the teenager to return home.
Upon arriving home, she reported the alleged assault to her aunt, leading to Chitsama’s arrest.
National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the arrest.
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirms the arrest of a local musician (27) on allegations of rape involving a 14-year-old complainant in the Hatfield area of Harare on July 20, 2026,” reads a police statement issued yesterday.
