allegedly raped by a 14-year-old boy last year.
The girl is no longer in control of her bowl movements and urine. She is also passing blood-stained stool mixed with urine.
The severity of the injuries have forced another inquiry into what could have really happened as there are fears that the force used might not be that of a 14-year-old.
An operation was done on the girl soon after the incident, but the stitches disengaged. The startling revelation was made during a meeting of the Victim Friendly Unit committee in Chinhoyi on Monday, where it sought to map intervention measures to ensure that the girl gets treatment and a safe haven before the trial of the alleged rapist starts.
According to a medical report, the girl had her external genitalia torn and the hymen broken. – HR.
