The State proved that sometime last year the man asked the first minor’s aunt to let her sleep in his room while he was going to work. One day, the man left for work and handed the keys to the complainant’s aunt who later instructed the minor to sleep in his room. The girl went and slept in the room, together with the aunt’s child who is also 10-years-old.
The first minor slept on the bed while the other one slept on the floor.
Later that night the man returned home and went to his bed to sleep. He woke up and told the minor to take off her clothes while fondling her body before raping her.
