Tim Dog (46) recorded early tracks with legendary rap collective Ultramagnetic MCs, but he was best known for his debut album “Penicillin on Wax”, which contained the diss song “F**k Compton”.
The song, which was one of the first shots fired in a mounting feud between rappers on the East and West Coasts, helped fuel a series of replies from rappers on the West Coast, including Compton’s Most Wanted, DJ Quik, Dr Dre and others.
