RAS CALEB STILL IN THE GAME

Entertainment Reporter

ZIMDANCEHALL singer Ras Caleb is still in the game despite keeping a very low profile.

The chanter was in Mutoko recently where he attracted a decent crowd during his performance.

He left his fans in Mutoko asking for more when he performed alongside Boom Berto at Jiddim Night Club.

On the same day, Chillspot Records’ DJ Fantan and Levels were also hosting another show, a few kilometres from the venue.

Ras Caleb said:

“I am still in the game and my fans should expect more from me. It is important to have time with fans, especially those outside Harare.

“I had a wonderful time and I promise more. It was great seeing different fans coming from long distances to witness my performance.”

The club has become a hive of activity after the setting up of a recording studio aimed at capturing rising artists

The studio started providing recording sessions for artists on Monday.

It also caters for established artists.

The Jiddim Riddim recorded at the studio will feature the likes of Killer T, Blot, Silent Killer, Ras Caleb, T Makwikwi, Kabhidha, Hwindi President and Libho.

The owner of the club, Jivas Mudimu, said:

“It is a humbling experience I tell you, the way people came to support us over the weekend was amazing.”

On Friday the venue will host Boom Beto.
