Marcus Rashford and Rasmus Hojlund continued to shine away from Manchester United as they both put on impressive displays in their respective Champions League ties on Wednesday night.
Rashford added to his double against Newcastle United on matchday one by providing the assist for Ferran Torres’ goal as Barcelona succumbed to a 2-1 defeat against Paris Saint-Germain.

Meanwhile, Hojlund was the hero in Naples as he scored twice to give his side an important 2-1 victory over Sporting CP and their first three points of the competition this season.
Both forwards have been deemed surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, with options to make their current loan spells permanent included in both of their deals.
Combined, Rashford and Hojlund have managed 10 goal contributions in all competitions. In comparison, new signings Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha have managed just three. skysports
