Real life incident inspires rapper

THE blame heaped on him following his brother’s death has led rapper Tatenda “Taron” Tasara to pen an emotional song titled Munovengerei.

His new offering, which has an accompanying video, narrates the story of how his brother was murdered.

The song is emotional since he is being blamed for the murder.

It was produced by No Limits while the video was directed by Talent Photographer Wenyu.

Speaking to H-Metro, Taron said:

“My brother was murdered and being blamed for that sad incident is what made me come up with Munovengerei.

“The song also touches on the aspect of hate; why should people hate each other for no reason?

“Where there is hate there is no development and progress. Hate holds everything back.

“Apart from the message, the song is a dedication to my late brother, may his soul continue to rest in peace.

“God knows what really happened to him.”

Taron said he is already working on releasing more music and visuals this year.

To date, he has an EP titled Love Sensation and singles like Mwana Wangu, Jeny and Talk About It, just to mention but a few.
