Rodrick Mutuma, Tawanda Muparati suspended

blacklisted among the 25 players to miss this weekend’s games through suspensions.
The players are being haunted by the accumulation of three yellow cards they picked in previous matches.
Mutuma’s unavailability could pose a headache to the DeMbare technical side as they have already been struggling to make their erratic frontline click following the departure of Takesure Chinyama to South Africa.
Mutuma, who won the Golden Boot last year on his debut Premiership dance, has been the core of their strikeforce and has scored seven times for the Glamour Boys this season.
But he will not be able to play this week after accumulating three yellow cards in previous matches against Buffaloes, Gunners and Highlanders.
DeMbare are not only worried about Mutuma and Muparati.
The Harare giants’ victory over CAPS United came at a huge cost as they suffered injuries to two key players Guthrie Zhokinyi and midfield linkman Milton Makopa.
Makopa picked up a thigh injury and missed yesterday’s training while Zhokinyi, who only lasted half an hour on Sunday before he was taken off the pitch in pain, did light training.
Experienced midfielder Murape Murape, who returned from a month-long lay off, was also rested as a precautionary measure.
However, Dynamos assistant coach, Tonderai Ndiraya, yesterday said they were preparing hard for the tie.
“It’s always difficult to play away from home but the good thing is we have been collecting points outside Harare this year. We did it when we collected maximum points at Buffaloes, Quelaton, and drew at Shabanie and Highlanders and we hope the trend will continue.
“But we will not take away the fact that FC Platinum are a very good side with quality players and if we really want to come back home with points we would need to work extra hard,” said Ndiraya.
Hwange will also be without their captain and leading scorer Rodwell Chinyengetere when they host CAPS United at the Colliery on Sunday.
Chinyengetere has been an inspirational force in the side, contributing six goals and his absence should be a blow to their recovery after suffering a slump in the campaign.
Zambian international Aaron Katebe and midfielder Ocean Mpofu are also not available for selection because of suspension.
Hwange beat CAPS United 2-1 in the first leg at Gwanzura in their last outing and coach tenant Chilumba and his charges will be looking forward to complete a double over the Harare giants.
“We don’t expect it to be easy against a good side like CAPS United because we haven’t been getting good results of late.
“But we have to keep a positive mind.
“Everyone in the team is quite aware of what is at stake. We are not supposed to be where we are on the log standings and I feel we should be up there in the top four,” said Chilumba.
CAPS United haven’t been spared as they will miss three players Evans Gwekwerere, Tawanda Munyanduri and Washington Pakamisa.
Gwekwerere, who missed the Harare Derby last Sunday because of injury, will not be available again this week after picking three yellow cards in the matches against Gunners, Black mambas and Hwange. 
Black Mambas are the most affected as they have Tendai Chinungo, Sam Mutenheri, Nicholas Alifandika and Ben Nyahunzvi on the blacklist.
