The final rounds were played at Country Club and Royal Harare powered to glory.
Country Club hosted both the A and B league matches at the weekend.
With the muddy conditions giving golfers a huge challenge, it was the Royal Harare golfers who adjusted to the environment better.
Police Golf Club came second.
Police did well to pose a challenge having had their course closed for the better part of the beginning of the year. The Police members had to play most of their home matches away at Wingate. Country Club finished third.
The Harare province league vice-president O’brey Bennet was delighted with the way the season unfolded.
“To Royal Harare, who are the 2011 champions, we say congratulations and keep up the good spirit.
“This was a very good season in as far as the Harare province is concerned and we had competitive teams from our clubs,” Bennet said.
The golf season will take a break for this month and will start mid next month.
