The business committee resolution, which was adopted by the recent full council, pressed on the need to “expedite the implementation” of the 100 percent leasing concept. Asked to comment on progress in the implementation of the 100 percent leasing concept and winding of operations, Rufaro Marketing board chairman Mr Philip Mataranyika said his board was waiting for written confirmation on the subject from council.
