THE Sables are on fire! Zimbabwe’s senior men’s rugby team staged a stunning second-half comeback to edge Kenya 29-23 in a nail-biting semi-final of the 2025 Rugby Africa Cup in Nambole, Uganda.

Trailing 18-13 at halftime, the Sables showed grit and heart, piling on 16 second-half points to overpower the Simbas and book a spot in Saturday’s final.

The victory brings Zimbabwe one game away from the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia.

Standing in their way? Bitter rivals Namibia, who breezed past Algeria with a 21-7 win to set up a mouth-watering showdown.

The Sables are roaring again — and the dream is alive!
