The company is offering individuals prizes of up to R10 000 to help build the infographic.
“Whatever emerges from Minister Gordhan’s speech, our tools and content will help you to understand what this year’s Budget will mean for you as an employee or as the owner of a business,” said Sumay Dippenaar, Marketing Manager at Sage Pastel Payroll & HR.
Madelein van der Watt, Development Manager at Sage Pastel Payroll & HR predicted that Minister Gordhan would not “surprise” the country with a new taxes and that he would continue to allocate most of the personal income tax relief to lower income earners and the elderly.
“The lion’s share of revenue allocation during this year’s Budget announcement should likely go to health services, education and social grants,” she projected.
Meanwhile, to participate in the design of the infographic, individuals can answer 10 questions on the website.
Everyone who answers the questions will be entered into the competition. Individuals are able to earn additional entries into the competition by sharing the competition via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or via email to a friend or employers.
